Refund and Return Policy - Lumora

Lumora, accessible via email support@trylumora.com, aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy details the conditions for exchanges, returns, and refunds for products purchased in our store, in compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
1. Right of Withdrawal (Return due to Regret)
According to Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product or the signing of the contract, without needing to justify the reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be observed:
•The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all accessories, manuals, and gifts that accompany it.
•The customer must communicate the withdrawal to Lumora via email support@trylumora.com within the 7-day calendar period.
After communication, Lumora will provide instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs for returns due to regret will be the responsibility of Lumora.
2. Defective Product
If the product presents any manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us immediately via email support@trylumora.com, informing the problem and, if possible, attaching photos or videos that prove the defect.
The deadline to claim defects is:
•30 (thirty) calendar days for non-durable products (e.g., food, beverages, personal hygiene products), counting from the date of receipt.
•90 (ninety) calendar days for durable products (e.g., electronics, clothing, furniture), counting from the date of receipt.
After analysis and confirmation of the defect, Lumora will offer the following options:
•Replacement of the product with an identical one, in perfect working condition.
•Store credit for future purchases.
•Full refund of the amount paid.
Shipping costs for returning and re-shipping defective products will be the responsibility of Lumora.
3. Exchange for Size or Color (Non-Defective)
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different size or color, without there being a defect, they must contact us via email support@trylumora.com within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product.
The conditions for exchange are:
•The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all accessories, manuals, and gifts.
•Shipping costs for the exchange (sending the original product and re-sending the new product) will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. General Conditions for Return and Refund
•All returned products will undergo an analysis to verify the conditions mentioned above. If any of the conditions are not met, Lumora reserves the right not to accept the return and to resend the product to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs.
•The refund will be processed after the receipt and analysis of the returned product. The refund method will be the same as the original payment, or another agreed upon with the customer.
•The refund period may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution.
