1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary according to the location and the shipping method selected by the customer at the time of purchase. After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the status of your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
•Metropolitan Regions: 5 to 10 business days
•Capitals and Major Cities: 7 to 15 business days
•Other Locations: 10 to 20 business days
Note: The above times are estimates and may change due to external factors such as strikes, weather problems, local holidays, or delays by carriers. Lumora is not responsible for delays resulting from such events but will do its best to assist in resolving them.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart, based on the weight, dimensions of the products, and the delivery address. We offer different shipping options, and the customer can choose the one that best suits their needs.
Eventually, Lumora may offer free shipping promotions for certain regions or purchase values. The conditions will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code and the link to track the delivery directly on the carrier's website. It is the customer's responsibility to track the order and ensure that someone is available to receive the product at the indicated address.
5. Incorrect Delivery Address or Recipient Absence
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address. If the order is returned to Lumora due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence after delivery attempts, the cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Product Receipt
Upon receiving the product, check the packaging. If there are signs of damage, refuse receipt and contact us immediately. If the packaging is intact but the product shows damage or does not match the order, follow the instructions in our Refund and Return Policy.
